Lori Souza is the founder of Case For Kids. She started the organization when she discovered that children in foster care were being removed from their homes with garbage bags for luggage and little to no belongings. Lori wanted to start a program to provide children with a personalized case filled with brand new clothes and basic necessities for their journey into foster care. Shortly after starting Case For Kids, Lori started a career as a Social Worker for children in foster care. She is currently pursuing her Master’s Degree in Human Service Counseling and has already earned a Master’s Degree in Business. Lori has been an advocate for children for more than 20 years and a proud Tracy resident for nearly 30 years.
